The McCormick Foundation, a Chicago-based nonprofit organization, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of veterans and their families through education, community engagement, and strategic support. Founded in 1955 by Colonel Robert R. McCormick—a veteran himself—the foundation proudly honors his legacy by investing in programs that empower those who have served. Recognizing the unique challenges faced by veterans, the McCormick Foundation remains steadfast in its mission to improve their overall well-being.

In 2024 and 2025 McCormicks donations total over 30% of total funds we see towards scholarships each year. ​Some of the many degrees these students are going for include Paleontology, Biochemistry (pre med), Business, Elementary Education, Psychology, and Mechanical Engineering.
