Annette Wiggins

Annette Wiggins was an Army spouse for 34 years with her husband, LTG(R) Perry Wiggins. They made the decision to retire to the Flint Hills region after Perry commanded 1st Infantry Division at Fort Riley though it took a few years to get back here. She has volunteered at each level of command from Company level to Theater level command. Presently she is the Recording Secretary in PEO, Treasurer in Lady Troopers of Junction City, worship team at church, and ambassador/ liaison for CSFGFR. Her greatest accomplishment is being Mimi to 6 beautiful grandchildren.
